Kaizen

This indirectly helps in improving the individual performance and motivates them to deliver better output. With every employee is looking for ways to make improvements, an effective Kaizen approach can lead to have better results like:

4) Kaizen can be easily implemented by effective and well planned elimination or transformation of existing procedures

In recent years Kaizen as a new concept has been applied into many organizations, manufacturing and service companies.
